Great italian food, good service. Lots of options on the menu; pizzas, pastas and all italian specialties needed. Less crowded area, which is nice if you want to get away from the noisy Gran Via.

Yes, as far as I know it is. I remind you that restaurants open later in Spain, you might not find it open early in the evening.
