Incredible service - we called to say we’d be late and they were extremely accommodating and attentive. Food was delicious too! We sat on the terrace around the end of the busy lunch shift and we weren’t rushed at all.

Maybe I expected too much, since everybody talk so highly of chef Francis Paniego. The places is nice and the service ok. We order 2 entrance, 2 main dishes and a dessert (2 pax:90 eur) The wine list is a little bit limited, especially if...you want to drink per glass and the prices are a little bit overrated. Bread and butter are really nice LAS CROQUETAS: to liquid, almost no ham inside. 5/10 MACARRONES RELLENOS CON UNA BECHAMEL DE CHORIZO: nothing special + overcooked pasta 4/10 LA HAMBURGUESA DE TONDELUNA: outstanding 9/10 CARRILLERAS DE TERNERA: really good 8/10 TARTA CREMOSA DE CHOCOLATE, con crema a la vainilla: 9 eur for extremely small piece, that was broken and had a tiny spoon of vanilla cream 4/10 Overall the burger was really good, but there are so many much better restaurants in Logroño.More

We went for the shared 30 euros each lunch. Starters are always much larger than mains. We went for Russian salad (best we had) and battered prawns. For mains we shared hake with red peppers and pork ribs with honey sauce and aubergines (both delicious)....Waiter recommended a lighter pudding, as requested, in Spanish “tosta de manzana” a crispy base with cream caramel and ice cream - divine. Staff were attentive and friendly. Strongly recommend.More

If it was possible we would have given another star. Went for lunch and chose the menu of the day, which includes 4 courses for 20€. Everything we had was exceptional. Good flavours, good balance and excellent produce. Open kitchen allowed us a sneak peek...into the kitchen which is immaculately clean and calm. In addition, service was excellent, attentive and always on point. Recommended!More

Had the tasting menu set for dinner during our two days trip to Logroño and Rioja. Interesting and modern setup of long tables for dining at the restaurant. Food is quite good and the tasting menu (5-6 courses) is quite a big proportion if you...aren’t hungry. Would try the a la carte menu instead if we visit next time. Worth trying and better make booking before going because it was full the other day we visited.More

Fantastic food, delicious, fresh, tasty., We took the 60€ per couple menu and shared two of them for four, so we tried many dishes. Attention, Long tables to share with others. Not much privacy but it was ok. A must in Logroño, don’t forget to...make reservations. No photos of food because we wanted to enjoy it as much as possible. For sure I will repeat! Todo fresco, recién hecho, buenísimo. Tomamos el menú para dos ( 60€ pareja) y pedimos dos con lo que probamos de todo un poco. Genial. ¡Repetimos seguro! ¡Como está la mantequilla salada!More

This restaurant was recommended by the host of our B&B. Was well worth the walk. A lovely change from elbows-in Tapas. The share menu was a generous size for the cost. The croquettes were delicious, but the highlight was the roasted peppers with egg. Fantastic....A lovely wine list and attentive service.More

This is a 'cool' place in every sense of the word - a welcome temperate oasis at the end of a scorching hot Rioja summer day but also a stylish and contemporary restaurant with an open plan feel and spacious communal seating. The service was...both friendly and professional - not something we found was universal in northern Spain unfortunately - and the young multi-lingual staff helped to create a nice vibe. We tried a good selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes which were all delicious and very nicely presented. My vegetarian partner was delighted to actually have some choices on the menu rather than having to go for the single vegetarian option as often happened elsewhere. There are certainly cheaper places to eat in Logrono but for a stylish and contemporary dining experience at a reasonable price we would certainly recommend 'Tondeluna'.More

This is a “non traditional” Riojan restaurant in many ways. First, the appearance is modern, open and minimalistic. Also, seating is on long communal tables – so no private tables. When we ate here as a couple, we were seated facing each other at one...end of a long table. Fortunately, the restaurant was not full, so we did not have to seat in close proximity of other diners. We have actually eaten at Tondeluna twice now and it’s interesting that the two experiences were quite different – based upon our food choices. The first time we ordered a Prawn Tempura (both the prawns and their tempura batter were very underwhelming compared to what we can get in Australia), a modern take on the traditional Pochas (beans and chorizo which was pleasant) and Monkfish medallions (which were pleasant). The meal was okay but we didn’t think it was spectacular. We didn’t go home talking about the dishes and were a bit disappointed given we had previously eaten at Echaurren Tradicion and enjoyed it a lot. However, the meal was obviously good enough for us to try again - plus we wanted something other than the typical Riojan asador restaurant food. On this occasion we visited with another friend and the three of us shared Prawn Carpaccio, Arroz Seco de Montagne (a twist on paella) and Oven Coal Bonito (Tuna). This time each and every dish was interesting and full of flavour. With wine and coffees our bill came to 82 euros – not bad for three people. The service is attentive, friendly and discreet. The waiters appear conscious of people not necessarily wanting to share “space” with strangers and ensure that individual dining groups are separated. Tondeluna is definitely worth a try if you want something interesting and different.More

I am sure they’ll help you with that but it’s just my opinion. This kind of restaurants are always worried about any allergies or problems with the food!! Remembering about it, i think the waiter asked us.....
