Called in for lunch as we were staying at the Calleta hotel. Had 2 beers, hubby had toasted sausage sandwich that he said was very good. I had prawns in filo. Had 6 with a small salad and sweet chilli dip. Beautiful. Very hot and lovely and crispy. Total bill just under £15. Couldn't fault. Will be going back.

Seawave has a good location at Catalan Bay, serves good value, reasonable quality meals and the atmosphere is friendly. If you are looking for a wide ranging menu, this is probably not the place for you but when we went there were a few specials that were different and the local fish one of my party had was excellent. Friendly... More

We enjoyed a few lunches/ dinners here and can't complain. Baguettes and toasted sandwiches great for lunch. Really nice selection of seafood, especially baby squid and prawns are a must! English owed, nice natured staff. Good value for money.

Other than a fantastic location, not overly thrilling. Very few menu choices but decent enough specials on blackboard. Nice that they serve catch from local fisherman that changes daily. Waiter not very professional and spoke little English. I wanted to change order after only 3 minutes of placing it and he couldn't understand so just said No. We sat in... More

We found this little gem on our last day. We ordered from the Tapas menu. Calamari, Salad, Prawn Pil Pil, Grilled Fish, all the dishes were excellent. We sat outside on a little terrace and watched the ships on the Straits. Friendly quick service.

My family took me here for a birthday meal whilst on holiday in Gib. Plates are raciones rather that tapas, our mistake but food was so good we managed it all despite over ordering a bit. Location by the sea on Catalan bay is just great, we were offered a table over looking the beach with sound of waves crashing... More

We found this place just walking by and decided to stop and eat there. That was a big mistake. The service is awful. They are so rude and don't give a crap obviously. The food was just like the service, Bad. The calamari was overcooked and greasy. The location is so good and cute. Very disappointed that the rest was... More

Called in here on Sunday afternoon 26th March 2017 on a warm, sunny afternoon. The exterior tables were very busy as was the spacious interior. A lovely place to sit just yards from the sea with a nice view (albeit, on this occasion filled with shipping!). Prices very reasonable at £5 for a nicely presented and satisfying toasted sandwich with... More

My God the food comes in massive portion and very affordable for all, we ordered the fish platter and I was blown away by the SIZE and how TASTY it was. The salad was large as well, there was just two of us but that meal is for up to 3/4 people. Amazing place with an sea view

Don't judge a book by it's cover, we passed on a couple of nights and put our noses up to it. Then Heyho why not have a go - glad we did, went again the next and then the next - but this time it was closed. So don't miss out give this place a go. No amount of bull... More
