Nice decoration, food is good, price is in accordance with the food and service. In all overall, it is a nice play to get in touch with a michelin recommended restaurant. If you are used to michelin star restaurant, this restaurant needs kind of improvement...if I may say (not even being an expert in this area but in case it can help), 1- the service was sometimes too quick...meaning I was still chewing my dinner that the waiter came to pick up the plates... 2- explaining each plate must be done accurately and briefly, meaning not only explaining the food preparation but also why this type of meal, history or reason of this meal. 3- cheese plate is nice and optional but please please please put a cover in each of them for hygiene y avoid drought and at least present these cheeses in better way, why not as a tree where each bough has a small plate with a transparent glass cover with the name of each and origin?! Hope it can help everyone which want to go there and of course the restaurant which is striving to look for their first star michelin. Good luck!More

Excellent lunch with the set €48 menu. We were the first in the restaurant at 13.15 and service was a bit slow to start with but once they got into their stride it was very good. The maitre d took the time to explain all...the items on the menu - my Spanish is limited - and helped with the wine choice - very nice local white Grenache at €34. There were much more expensive options and a few closer to €20. We had the extra cheese course at €16 - price not entire clear until we got the bill...and water but not coffee. Total was around €150. Very tasteful decor, aircon just right (it was scorching outside), good table spacing and good hygiene practices. Would absolutely go back.More

Whilst staying in Girona we decided to treat ourselves to a special meal at this highly recommended restaurant. We went for the smaller of the 2 tasting menus and the accompanying flight of wines. The service was impeccable and all the dishes were beautifully presented....However, some of the dishes were a little lacking in flavour and the desserts were particularly disappointing. The wines were all delicious but as my husband pointed out, did not really complement the dishes they were served with. Overall it was a nice try but just not quite good enough for the reputation.More

My husband ate a 13 course meal plus 4 amuse gueules. I had a 10 course meal and 4 amuse gueules. My 13-year-old son had A dish made with oxtail and apple. It was the most incredible food we have ever eaten in our lives....It was incredible to see salty and sweet dishes amalgamated in one more song to tantalize your senses. Highly recommend it. Also the service was fantastic. They paired every dish with a perfect wine.... And even gave my son some complementary appetizers so he could be part of the experience with us. I will definitely visit them again. Very impressiveMore

Had the ten course tasting plate and it was a lot. Attention to detail and service were exceptional. There were courses that I found excellent and a few more challenging. All a matter of personal taste. If i was to go again, I would order...off the menu.More

The restaurant was empty when we arrived at 8:30pm, but quickly filled up. We selected the 13 course taster menu with the addition of selected wines. Each course was beautifully presented and the tastes carefully balanced using locally sourced ingredients. As each course was described...by the staff we had a better understanding of the flavours we were eating. Extremely suitable for a special occasion. We will certainly remember it well.More
