We came for lunch. They displayed cold appetizers on the counter. When a hot dish came from the kitchen, they rang a bell and offered some to diners. The food was simple but tasty. Service was pleasant and prompt.
The most amazing tapas I’ve ever had. Amazing food, great prices and fun atmosphere for a quick bite. My dad and I went 3 times while in Girona. Make sure to make multiple visits to the tapas bar - the more people eat, the more...More

Fantastic selection of the most amazing selection of food on bread. You chose whatever you wanted and they all had cocktail stick. You kept the stick & at the end paid for the selection you had eaten. The service was great, the beer tasty and...More

I dropped by in the evening, nice red wine and amazing choice of tapas. Very reasonable priced. I would have liked to have tried more but some were quite filling. Really friendly, helpful staff

I can't recall the name of it, but this is a casual corner-pub style "toothpick tapas" restaurant, where they count the toothpicks to determine your bill. Every item will be on a small slice of bread with a toothpick holding it together. Very reasonable and...More
Last visited four years ago and it's good to see that Zanpanzar hasn't lost it's charm or it's vibe, tho' it does seem to have expanded to the space over the road as well - probably due to it's popularity with tourists. To me, though,...More
