We had our hotel near by and decided to go. We had no reservation but they made an effort to fit us in. Food was fantastic, different and delicious. They were very efficient at bringing the food out. Overall very good. We'll go back in our next visit to Barcelona

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Barcelona. We have been many times and always go there with joy. Typical food but with a difference, better than others. Service very professional. Always full so better reserve for a meal.

The restaurant is not that big but very cozy. We sat down in a sushi counter and the sushiman treated us perfect. Very nice guy and he really knows how to deal with the fresh fish. I heard this restaurant is the first japanese restaurant in the town. Go here to try the classic Japan.

I went to this restaurant by surprise. The service was very kind and polite with us. Food came on time and they serve the food dish by dish. I would like to distinguish the tempura of the shrimps, and the gyozas. Sushi just was OK. The only negative point is the price. The price is quite high for the quality... More

Nice Japanese restaurant. All the dishes were a great option. Maybe it is a little bit expensive, but is indeed a excellent option for an special occasion.

Yamadori was recommended to me by a friend, the place is great... the food fantastic and it´s not too expensive. The best bit is that it´s a real Japanese restaurant with a Japanese chef.

On business trip, alone, I looked on tripadvisor for an easy-good japanese. This one happened to be close my hotel. True that the restaurant gives a real Japanese atmosphere. Wide range of choice between sushi, sashimi, udon and other meat and fish mains. Went for sashimi sushi mix and asked some rice. The restaurant wasn't crowded still I Waited 45... More

The quality of food and the professionalism of the staff is unchanged since we first started coming here 8 years ago. Not the cheapest Japanese but the quality makes it worth it - never had a bad meal here. Worth booking in the evening as they get very busy

Authentic Japanese restaurant. Good quality and wide range of choices. No lunch-menu during weekends. Quite expensive in comparison to other Japanese restaurants in Barcelona - "light" lunch costs around 25 euros.

Excellent quality, great range of Japanese dishes. Good service. Nothing more to say but tripadvisor forces me to write mumbo jumbo since they have a 100 minimum character.

Thank sinakes

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
