We invited some U.S. friends to a dinner in this nice restaurant. It's a good option than never fails if you want let taste local cuisine to foreign guests. Good location, beautiful place, nice atmosphere and local dishes at reasonable prices.

Great food and great service. This is not a tapas restaurant, but an authentic Catalan restaurant. All 3 courses were very good. Fully recommended.

We were recommended this restaurant but we were all quite disappointed with the food. The surroundings are lovely and we had good service but none of us were very impressed with our meals. It was not cheap and we expected better. Would not return.

It's certainly a shame that such a high-quality food restaurant has so unprepared and unprofessional (I could even say rude) service staff. We won't consider this restaurant ever again for any future ocasions. We wanted to peacefully celebrate a familiar dinner with my parents in...More

El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent
the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But
this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually
enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few
places that live and breathe such exciting energy
regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood
seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the
city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants

At Senyor Parellada the portions are regular-sized. Not small plates. And, yes, generally they do offer a menú del dia, especially for the dinar/comida/almuerzo (around 2:00pm or so).
