Authentic philippine food located a little hidden in Raval. Chicken Adobo is especially to recommend. Price was around 10€ p.Person.

We had a wonderful experience at this little restaurant. The food was fresh, handmade and just perfect. We would highly recommend this over any other restaurant we visited in Barcelona so far!

Will try other Filipino restaurants in Barcelona next time. Dined here last week and the servers were busier with chit-chat than actually seeing to the needs of their customers. One of the dishes we ordered was gone to oblivion. The server only remembered it just when he finished his chat (tsismis) with the other staff, and by that time we... More

Fil Manila was easy to find. The service was good and the food was okay. I think I expected more. I would go back if I feel like eating Filipino food in Barcelona.

We couldn't choose from the menu because there were too many options so we had the set menu at €12.95 including a drink each and added sizzling mushrooms as an extra starter. With three choices from each course we still had difficulty deciding but we were not disappointed with any. We took the waitress's recommendation for two desserts and loved... More

Found the restaurant walking around. We were the first customers of the day, the customer service was outstanding and the Crispy Pata hit the spot as well as the Halo Halo.

Walking around this great city made me crave for Filipino comfort food. I stumbled upon this place on TripAdvisor and asked my fellow Pinoys and Pinays where this was. Nestled in the Carrer de les Ramelleres, I got my longsilog fix!

So, strolling slightly off the beaten path near La Ramblas, we happened upon this place... we were in the mood for some good Filipino food... We were not disappointed! I was happy to see they had Bopis, a Filipino dish not for the weak of heart, nor weak of stomach... I ordered it and my wife ordered the Lechon Kawali...... More

I went there with my family in September 2015. i searched it in the internet because we wanted to try a good filipino restaurant and damn was it good. The options and portions were plenty. The staff was very friendly and the food just delicious. The place is not too inviting from the outside nor too big but very cozy... More

My wife is Filipina so we eat that cuisine frequently and after dinner at Fil Manila we compared notes and agreed it was the best Filipino restaurant we had eaten at. The pork adobo was suitably fatty, and the kare kare had just the right thickness in the sauce (although it could have used a bit more meat). The lumpia... More

Staying in El Raval

Neighbourhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
