If there was a possibility to give 0, i would have given that. The only thing that is good about this place is the quiche. However, don't expect a good service. The owner of this place doesn't seem to care about customer's loyalty. I have been there 4 times so far ( i would visit this place more often, but... More

Found this place cutting through the back roads to my apartment. The mussel and courgette quiche was a bit different and tasted delicious. A large slice of quiche, a tasty salad and a beer cost me €7.50, excellent value. They have lovely looking cakes too!

Located near the Parc Miró, Barcelona, this shop offers the most spectacular quiches and tartlets I have seen or tasted. The venue is small and feels crowded. But the food is amazing. While it has a limited menu, it is worth exploring. The quiches are incredidble, and the desserts are awesome. They serve salads and make wonderful coffee. My favorite... More

Delicious quiche, lovely salad, fantastic chocolate fondant desert and a drink for less than 9 EUR. I will definitely be back.

Found this place quite by accident, just trying to avoid the main tourist spots along La Rambla and any place that puts pictures of their food on the menu! Tarte & Quiche is quite the opposite. Everything is homemade, delicious, very reasonably priced. Service is quick yet personable, and overall it was a delight to eat here. For a "prix... More

Tarte & Quiche is a prime example of a place limiting what it sells but doing it really well. There are no sandwiches, tortillas, fries on the side here, it just creates exactly what it states and to such a standard that it is difficult to get past salivating over the glass cabinet and make a selection.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
