We accidentally stumbled upon this place when going down from Montjuic and we immediately liked it. Excellent (local) beer, attentive and friendly staff, good atmosphere. We didn't have any meal but the burgers served there looked very good.

This was the first restaurant my husband and I went to in Spain, and we were very happy with it! The service was good (excusing our poor Spanish), the beer selection was great and the burgers were delicious!

We went here on a few occasions as it was directly accross from our apartment. They sell a lot of craft beers which I personally don't like, but it was always full when we were there so that's a good sign. The burgers are a...meal in themselves. Absolutely delicious. Plus they are made in front of you just behind the bar so you can see exactly what's going into it. The price isn't bad either at 8 euros considering the burgers are huge. We drank spirits while we were there and as usual the measures were very generous. Will definitely go back.More

Again, been here on a few occasions on two separate trips to Barcelona in November 2016 as well as one in January 2017. Beer as good as always with good staff. (January Trip) First time i actually had one of the burgers that Alex makes,...after hearing good things for years. Very good quality and not too expensive and really filling and good washed down with the quality beer on show. As i've said before being mainly craft beer it is expensive like everywhere selling craft over the world. A new beer now on tap called Jazz Steve Forever, which is a tribute to Steve Huxley (a friend who is sadly no longer with us) and brewed specially for the bar. Atmosphere is very friendly with background Jazz music which isn't loud.More

Been coming here on and off for a number of years. Off the beaten track and good for that. First came here before i knew a few people who know the owner (Alex), but obviously now visit more often with those local friends. A night...bar, which in the area it is in, is fine as its away from the main Poble Sec busy area. A beer bar, with craft ales and Steve's bitter, so not cheap like most craft bars anywhere in the world, but great beer and good staff serving. Not eaten here so can't comment but service and beer quality is what i've had and received and not a tourist place.More

A group of 9 of us arrived early at this delightful place half-way up the Montjuic hill. Nothing was too much trouble: a couple of customers were moved so we could have a corner to ourselves. Beer and cava flowed, followed by some freshly made...burgers. Having arrived almost for the opening, we left almost at closing tiime - a testament to the welcoming atmosphere and the easy going service.More

A great bar and place to eat. Excellent selection of beers & wines, proprietor/ chef cooked the most delicious hamburgers that we have ever eaten. The pork loin ones were superb! Bar staff were welcoming & friendly. Great music on a good sound system. Wonderful...décor. We kept going back to enjoy our evenings here.More

A small, atmospheric craft beer bar in the Poble Sec neighborhood of Barcelona. There is a small, but interesting selection of beers on tap with a good pick of bottles. Always jazz coming from the speakers. We picked a hamburger from the somewhat limited food...menu - pretty good! We found 'Jazz' the first night of our visit to Barcelona (a few blocks from our rental flat) and it ended up being a daily stop for a pint or 2. Neat atmosphere, good beer, really friendly staff.More
