We started going to Rosat's about 5 years ago. We found it by strolling along Creu Cobert. It was then owned by two Catalan women and they made excellent authentic Catalan food. It changed hands and the owners were two South American men who continued to serve good Spanish food. With the change of owners, the food changed slightly, but... More

I used to love going to Rosat's. We go to Barcelona twice a year and we always enjoyed going to Rosat's. In the last three years, it has changed hands at least twice. The two Catalan ladies that originally had it, sold to South American fellows and by then it was still good, even if the menu was slightly different.... More

Firstly, I notice that there has not been a review of this restaurant since May, 2014, and one reviewer mentioned a change in ownership....I think it has change in the way it was operated before. We went into this place which was near our hotel, based on the menu written on the board outside on the sidewalk....it was very good... More

We go to Barcelona at least twice a year either before or after at Transatlantic cruise. When we want to eat the "real" local food, we tend to go back to Rosat's. The owners have changed since last year but not the employees, and this includes the chefs. Their daily menu is decently priced for the quality you get. The... More

Went there and ate the "Plata del dia." The restaurant is cozy, simple and clearly a local hang out. We were the only English speaking people in the place and it was packed. Instead there were entire families, and friends that greeted each other, the owner and staff with kisses and laughter. The food was simple but delicious and well... More

Go here for a couple of drinks and a quick bite. Decoration isn't very attractive, but then again how many bars in Barcelona are?

Stopped for a coffee and decided to try the 3 Montaditos and a drink for €5. Ordered for 2 and had an extremely inviting plate of 6 different tapas. All very tasty and filling. They also had a good sounding menu del dia at €14.95. Very good selection and far far better value than Divinus in Paseig de Gracias, where... More

I ate at Rosat's on a recent trip to Barcelona. The food was average, but the restaurant took advantage of me when paying my bill. I used my credit card which charges no conversion fees. The restaurant charged me in US dollars instead of in the local currency, Euros, and did not ask my permission before doing so. The restaurant... More

Great offers: 5 euro will get you a drink and 3 tapas. 7 euro a drink and 5 tapas. They have menu del dia, platos combinados and more. Good spot to watch Barca matches. Friendly waitresses as well.

Thank Danny G
