I'm not begging for free food and I also came here to order something to eat and take pictures of view (of course! ) But seem your manager didn't satisfy with my small order when I told him I want to have lunch but I changed my mind to order a dessert because I don't have enough time to enjoy... Our hotel recommended this restaurant as a very special experience and it was. The drive itself was beautiful but paled once we arrived. The entrance to the restaurant requires an glass elevator ride to the restaurant proper. Once there you are greeted as royalty and seated at a table with a magnificent view of Barcelona at night. The service, wine... More

We made reservations and they were going to take us to a nicer part of the restaurant but we had heard about the view so we asked to sit outside with the view. It was amazing. The food was delicious and very authentic. The staff did not speak a lot of English and the menu was all in Spanish.

We visited this restaurant together with the friends / based on advice of on of them. Great spot with beautiful view over Barcelona. Great food, wine and atmosphere - when making reservation ask for the table next to the window to enjoy the view.

November, a Sunday night, the restaurant has only 3 pairs of guests. One is us. The reception was "normal" - rather cold. One plate served was cold - they took it back and heated it up. No apology or anything. After the dinner in the empty no atmosphere restaurant (with a nice view) we left. We were not asked if... More

This restaurant features a wonderful view over Barcelona and Tibidabo, that can be enjoyed from the open terrace. Food is ok, although I have eaten better in town

The view is quite splendid; the food doesn't match it. The entrees were the best part of the meal, but 16 euros for 6 anchovies and 4 olives in olive oil is greedy. As for the paella we got, it looked better than it was. We've both had better elsewhere. The creme brûlée was excellent. The service is good, but... More

Monday night so not overly busy but the service was faultless and the food really delicious. We were given a table by the window so had a great view of Bacelona at night. What's not to like and afterwards, we went out to the terrace and our waiter pointed out the skyline and attractions.

Staying in Montjuic

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyond the four columns standing guard at the Plaça Espanya, beyond even the extravagant and colourful fountains guiding your way up the boulevard, stands the impressive and towering structure of the Palau Nacional, the national museum. At this very spot in front of the cascades of the central fountain, Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe gave the performance of their lifetimes to welcome the 1992 Olympic Games to this magnificent city. And true to its anticipation, the games transformed the city, reimagining the mountain of Montjuic with the development of an arena, stadium, and many other sporting facilities that are open to visitors year-round. Surrounding the adjacent side of the plaza are well-established hotels catering to business guests and a shopping mall transformed out of a historic bullfighting arena.
