We called before heading to the restaurant for lunch time to inquire whether they serve other food than wheat-based. I was told that they serve risotto with mushrooms sauce. Sounds good. Arriving there, we ask for the menu and we were told that they only serve lunch menu at lunch time. Impossible to order anything else. The only risotto available... More

Hi scat25362015, I'm sorry that your experience at L'Aldilà did not fulfill your expectations. Also, I have to say that there has been a misunderstanding and I'm sorry for it. As you speak English on the phone and my English is not very good, I did not understand correctly when you were coming, so I assured that yes, we had... More

I've been here several times for lunch with my workmates - it's one of the few really good Italian restaurants in Barcelona's 22@ area. They have several different lunchtime menus. I like the pizza menu. The food is great, plentiful and good value (the vegetarian pizza is delicious). I can't fault the food or service at this restaurant. But make... More

Great food and great service! Real Italian pizza and perfect pasta. And do try the chocolate fondant! Modern interior, but still a good atmosphere.

I had the best vegan pizza there. They whipped it up for me even though it was not on the menu. Usually you don't get good service in Barcelona, but in L'Aldila the service was professional, friendly and observant!

We've been to this italian restaurant several times with our kid and also with friends, and we have always left so happy. Not only the food is excellent, also the people that rule it, they are soooo kind!!! Food is not just pasta (always original and tastefull) & pizza ( artisan, amazing!), but also some very good traditional dishes such... More

I am a neighbour and I do come almost every week to eat their pizzas with my family. I have not been able to find such thin and tasty pizzas like in this italian restaurant. It is true that they do not open every night so check it before comming. And on top of everything they are very nice people,... More

I bought a voucher on Groupon for a menú for 2 and reserved according to the instructions. I received 2 confirmations - one on the day I reserved and one on the day of the reservation. We went there at the Scheduled time but the restaurant was closed with no explanation as to why. I have been chasing for almost... More

So, to be quite honest here; the food is good. Made from fresh ingredients and served nicely, but, and its a big but; if you choose to sit inside it's 40 C, and if you sit outside you are next to a dumpster/sewer smell. We were brought the wrong food, but thats an honest mistake, and they brought us the... More

High quality. Dishes are made from scratch, even the desserts, with the best ingredients. Very good service. The dishes were served very quickly despite their preparation. Waiters very attentive to our needs and tastes. I heartily recommend this restaurant.

Staying in Poblenou

Neighbourhood Profile
Poblenou
The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centres catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
