I had three tapas - tuna ceviche, shrimp on curry ice cream and spinach (sounds weird but it is delightful) and the endive wrapped in ham topped with bechamel sauce and emmental cheese. All 3 were excellent and I would have them again.

This menu is extensive and creative and yet not hipster--we had a smashing dinner and the best meal in Barcelona--and we were there for 5 nights! Wow. We'll be back and we'll tell our friends. Soooooooooooooooooo good! THX, Gilda!
Thank you so much for this positive review! It's always a honour to hear guests saying they had the best meal in Barcelona at Gilda's and even come back several times during their stay. Cheers !

My husband and friends and I went for drinks. The bar staff are very friendly. The cocktails amazing !! with a great atmosphere.
Sometimes passers-by get confused, as Gilda actually looks like two places, inter-connected at the back. Thanks to that, we feature two atmospheres which our returning guests enjoy so much. Cheers ;-)
A different take from the non stop tapas bars, Gilda offered a really interesting and eclectic menu. The rack of lamb was fabulous, as was the duck.More
Indeed different by offering entrees, next to the extensive Tapas, I have been tempted several times to switch to a Tapas only restaurant as it would be simpler to manage. Ever again, the continuous positive feedback from our guests confirms we should stick to this...More
