Where do I begin. Moto (please forgive the spelling if it's incorrect), an absolutely brilliant host! He was full of life, laughter and fun. From the first to the last moment he was a constant host, always trying to make our dinning experience better. THE FOOOOOOD! Moto told us his recommendations and we went with some and my goodness he... More

highly recommend! Made to feel VERY welcome by the slightly eccentric owner (v basic English). Food came quickly, and it was very tasty! Owner recommended pork loin which was juicy and so flavourful. Food was great value for money and we will definitely return for another visit.

Gave Son Hao a try while in Barcelona on a short break. Typical oriental decorations with a welcoming feel. Owners very friendly and helpful even if his English is a little sketchy. Explained that we didn't eat meat (only fish/veg) and he pointed out all the best options. Food was served quickly and nicely presented. Rice was perfect and prawn... More

Looked up this place on trip advisor and the ratings tell the story. Fantastic food and service and the owners went out their way to make us feel at home. Will look to go back when I return to Barcelona.

We passed by and entered because we had an asian craving. The service was amazing we even got some free dessert. The food was very good but it was a little difficult to choose because we have not try it before but the waitress helped us and it was perfect. It was a good price menu and something very different... More

Visited this restaurant while on a short break to Barcelona. Normally I would eat traditional Spanish food while in Spain, but this restaurant was near our hostel and I wanted to try it. The service was spectacular. The owner and his wife are so welcoming, and friendly and we had so much fun chatting to them. She brought us out... More

The meat was not the best I've ever had but the seasoning was spectacular and one of the best reataurants ive tried in Barcelona. I have been here 7 month and tried one restaurant every other week. Extremely good and tentative serive.

We were Malaysians who have quite high standards for Chinese food. During our visit to Barcelona we made sure we had one Chinese food a day so this place turned out to be one of the places we decided to visit after reading the welcoming reviews. Indeed, the boss was so welcoming and made us feel at home, in a... More

The food was one of the best I ate in Europe. I feel like they are cooked by my mom. My sister said it is her favorite place in Spain. The owner was also friendly and gave many foods for free. I love it so much!

The owner is a very friendly man that will give you good recomendations. Ambience has the typical chinese restaurants decoration in the city. Food is homemade-chinese food. Really tasty. The Son-Hao rice was great

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
