A quaint little place offering the tried & tested combo of vino y tapas with a range of intriguing options. Outdoor seating is at a typical Toledo piazza which contributes to the 'local' experience. The swift and friendly service definitely contributed for an altogether very pleasing and relaxed lunch.

When visiting popular places like Toledo on weekends or local holidays it is important to not wait until 2 pm when all the local Spaniards go to lunch. If you don't have a reservation (we didn't) you might find yourself running from restaurant to restaurant looking for a place to eat. It had happened to us before so at 1:30... More

We had a very good dinner at El Embrujo on a busy Saturday evening. The waiters were very friendly and understanding and we didn't feel rushed. The complimentary tapas with our drinks were tasty and then we ordered two starters and one main between us, which was about right. We had dried fruit salad, flat mushrooms and then the cuttlefish... Super food. Went for lunch at 3. Very busy but got seated after a drink at bar. Shared patatas bravas, asparagus and ham, steak and fish. Food was amazing. Every dish. Waiter super efficient and friendly. Great buzz in the place. They have menu in English too. Only about six tables inside, as well as bar and patio.

Should have paid more attention to the earlier reviews but the waiter saved us by strongly recomending half portions for the 2 of us. Squid was excellent; pig's ear is probably an acquired taste but interesting to try something different. Helpful and quick service; great atmosphere and a very enjoyable meal

We had a nice meal here. Sat outside, and had a great evening. There is the occasional noise of a car passing, but much less frequently than other places in Toledo. The tables are spaced far about so no real issue with smokers. All the customers we saw were locals who knew each other. The food was good, and depending... More

We were quickly seated and received specific recommendations when we asked. Accordingly, we opted for local pork and fried squids. Both were good (pork better in its class) but neither thrilling. The onion covering the pork was overfried and looked unappetizing (its taste was consisted with the look). Both the white and red wine served by the glass were very... More

After reading the reviews I expected to be wowed but I was underwhelmed. The place was full of people watching sports on TV. Sign on the door said "closed" but the waiter said they weren't closing for 45 minutes. Sangria tasted like juice. Tapas was just tuna on soggy bread.

I ordered the stewed squid and fried pork ear for takeaway. Both are amazing! One of the best in Toledo! No photos taken as we finish the food so fast...the service staff are super helpful as well! Highly recommended!

Good tapas and pork meat dishes. Decorated with wood and stone. The owner very kind attending customers. Good service. For dinner, there is a nice exterior area in the garden. Medium range prices.
