Be careful when you order. The portions are large and even a salad is a whole meal. We enjoyed it so much we came back the second day and would have eaten three days but it was closed on Tuesday. This is classy vegetarian restaurant. We enjoyed risotto and pasta dishes as well as the wonderful soups.

We came for supper and we all enjoyed the food. It was a table of 5 and we orders spring rolls, lasagne, cannelloni and risotto. All the food was tasty and even the rolls they served were really fresh and tasty. A must if you are vegetarian.

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation from my friend's hotel and were glad we did. The service was lovely, the atmosphere friendly and welcoming, and the food delicious! We are both meat eaters but found everything to be lovely on the unusual and individual menu. The vegetable croquettes in particular were an excellent starter.

We were thrilled to find this restaurant right on the doorstep of where we were staying in Toledo.A varied menu with lots of tasty dishes. We went twice during our week long stay and enjoyed both meals. The second time we shared a starter as the portion size was extremely generous. We ordered the moussaka, the green cannelloni, the spinach... More

We stopped at Madre Tierra for lunch on Father's Day in Spain (thankful to get a same day reservation on a very crowded holiday in the City Center). Madre Tierra Salad to start (lettuce, tomatoes, corn, beets, carrots, onions, olives and a tasty bleu cheese vinaigrette), followed by an Arrabiata pizza (tangy and savory sauce). Food was fresh, prepared well... More

I like to seek out local vegetarian places while I travel - sure I can eat non-meat items at regular restaurants - but it's interesting to see how vegetarianism/veganism is interpreted in different places. This restaurant had a significant variety of items, from sushi to hamburger to risotto. All of the items were marked with what allergens they contained, and... More

Vast sort of dishes, all genuine and healthy...it is mostly vegeterian but can really satisfy meat eaters too!! the food is amazing!! We had delicious croquettas, cannelloni, soup and a Pampaneo Tempranillo bottle(with no sulfites) which has a strong and differenrt taste than popular... More

Located close to the old town center on a tiny alley but well signed and easy to locate. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious beautifully decorated interior. Service was relaxed but very attentive. After I ordered croquettes, the waitress came back to be sure we knew that it was not vegan as she knew my husband had requested vegan... More

My family (of 6) are all vegetarians/vegans... as you can imagine, it's pretty difficult to find good food that we can actually eat in Spain. This was such a gem to stumble across! We luckily came in just a few minutes before they were closing for siesta, but they warmly welcomed us in. The food was absolutely outstanding and tasted... More

For such a meat-centric nation, you really don't expect this sort of venture to flourish in Spain. But it was still going when we recently visited family in Toledo, so we booked (possibly not required as we went in the afternoon - but just in case!). A really nice, quiet atmosphere - very well decorated - and capped off with... More
