Superb food and really friendly waitress. We had tapas and it was all beautifully fresh and home made. Stand out star was the Canadian black pudding and the peppers stuffed with leek and prawns. Just amazing food.

Super friendly people and lovely food. Tapas but also the Argentinian steak and the tomato salad were absolutely great. Generous portions Nice atmosphere in a small street.

Tucked down a charming alley in the old part of town, thus small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating is a gem. Great service from the owners coupled with excellent reasonably priced food make this a ‘must do’. But book, they get busy !

A delightful meal with a great menu of interesting and tasty treats to share: a sweet black pudding with almonds, gorgeous garlic prawns, the best traditional sauces with our baby Canaries potatoes… all served by a friendly, helpful host who somehow manages to serve all...the tables on her own (with a little help from the talented chef who happily sings along to the radio as he prepares his dishes). Wonderful food. Great value. And hidden down a quiet, easy-to-miss side street full of plants and laidback ambience. Highly recommended. Just be advised they don’t accept credit or debit cards so make sure you have enough cash on you.More

This place is amazing. Noel was very friendly and we loved chatting to him. His food is so good and we look forward to tasting his beer once he gets it up and running. I cannot say what our particular favourite dish was because they...were all tasty and cooked to perfection. It was also very reasonably priced. The little street it is on is beautiful and charming. It was only when we went to leave we saw how lovely inside was.More

This gorgeous and quirky little restaurant is a great find. Tucked away down a side street, in a pretty courtyard, it’s warm and welcoming. The hostess works extremely hard delivering excellent service, with the chef popping out to deliver dishes too. The food is delicious....They advise sharing everything and this makes total sense given the portion size. We had two tapas of croquetas de casera and morcilla, and split a main of entrecôte of beef. The entrecôte was served with a delicious mojo roja. We were worried about having enough cash to pay, as cards aren’t accepted, but the bill was an incredibly reasonable €44. Unbelievable value for the quality of the food, ambience and service.More

The service, the food, the everything is excellent. The chef really knows how to create new tasty notes to traditional food. And the service was lovely. They were there only for us. This was our first visit but absolutely not the last one. We shall...meet again.More

We returned to Puerto 5 years after our last visit and of course had to visit our favorite restaurant. Twice! First night, Friday night, was brilliant. Got an outside table in the lovely alleyway and loved it. The food was outstanding, especially the prawns in...garlic and the stuffed peppers. The atmosphere was brilliant. We booked again for the following night as it was closed on Sunday, our last day. Second night was still great but not quite as outstanding. We'd booked early, 7pm, as that was all that had been available, and the restaurant only started filling up at 8. The food seemed a little more 'rushed'. But no complaints, we still love this place. Totally recommend it - but avoid 7pm on a Saturday if you have the choice.More

Wow. Possibly the best meal I have ever tasted! Lovely relaxed environment with friendly staff especially Noel. Very welcoming. Everything on the menu sounded lovely so we settled on grilled cheese and black pudding to start and we were not disappointed. Beautiful sauces complimented the...dishes fantastically. Amazing flavours. I had the pork medallions which were exquisite and my partner had the salmon taste which he also thought was incredible! Fantastic little gem. A must if your in the area!More

Had heard about this restaurant and decided to visit on our last night in Puerto de la Cruz. We has the most amazing padron peppers and olives to start with ( not forgetting the aioli that comes with the bread) followed by rib of beef...and fish of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and wish we had visited before - we would certainly have returned again if we had. Highly recommend it if you want good Canarian food. Great valueMore
