Tucked away in Arrecife town centre, this restaurant is a little gem! Friendly staff and the best meal we have ever had on the island (and this was our fifth trip!) We had a beautiful selection of mezze items to start, followed by the House Special lamb dish which came recommended by the waiter. As we were just there for... More

Visited with wife. Good selection on menu and nice wine. Service was good and food was great. We had chicken and lamb dishes cooked to our requests. Wine selection was good though getting used to chilled red wine!!!

Just returned from a cheeky break in Lanzarote. Stayed away from the usual "tourist spots" instead staying in Arrecife. Wandering around the back streets, just off the main promenade, we discovered "Chef Nizar". What a brilliant discovery!! Entering though the main door you are greeted by a small (7 table) eating area, tastefully decorated. An instant feeling of intimacy hits... More

Really nice ambiance to this restaurant. The staff were very friendly but two of the things we asked for from the menu they didn't have. My husband and I had humous as starters then my husband had roast shoulder of lamb (expensive at 24 Euros) and I had chicken kebabs. At 70 Euros it was one of the most expensive... More

We really enjoyed the great food and service at Nizar. Especially the lamb was really really good. We need more mid-east cuisine on Lanzarote. Thumbs up for this place!

Found this quaint little restaurant on our first evenings exploration and glad we did. Fantastic food and attentive waiter. We ate here twice in our 5 day stay. Highly recommend

6 of us has been there for San Valentin. We got the 7 course starters, 15 euros each for some wet lettuce and 3 small humus to be share between all of us! Restaurant was full, only one waiter is not enough. Probably she had a bad night, coz we were close to leave the place just for her attitude!... More

This restaurant is trading on its previous good ratings which must have been acheived by a previous chef or owner. We paid 30 euros for 2 small portions of houmoys a few lettuce leaves and a couple of dry overcooked falafel. This came with 2 pitta bread which we were charged another 2 euros for. This "mezze platter" was sold... More
