Needed a burger fix!! Lava not open so tried the next best, wasn’t disappointed. Popcorn on arrival, nice little touch, food arrived hot and tasty, was definitely a part of La Cascada, the big steak house next door!! Would we come again? Definitely. Sorry no pictures as good didn’t last long on the plate.

Really liked the look if this place, service was great and the staff were very friendly. We had nachos to start which were a bit of a let down but nothing offensive. I ordered the chicken Fajitas, my friend ordered the ribs. The only thing that let the mains down was the salt content of both. The Fajitas and Ribs tasted a little like they'd been marinated off the back of a grit lorry. Other than this, all was good and reasonably priced. Would consider giving it another go.

Me and my daughter popped in after a day in the sun, we just wanted milkshaked we just had lunch a while before that it took ages for the milkshake staff not the best

Unbelievable food.
Had a few tapas starters that were lovely but regretted it later as mains portions were generous
The best steak I’ve every eaten out. Melted and sauce fantastic.
We also had the ribs. Stunning, meat fell off the bone and bit he was willing to share was amazing.
It appeared that the food was cooked in the same kitchen as the expensive restaurant next door.
Staff great , attentive but not intrusive .
Loved the modern décor.
This restaurant is in my ‘can’t wait to return’ list . Would definitely recommend a visit

This is a hidden gem. We almost walked past it as it is part of the much bigger flashier restaurant next door.
The food was incredible.
The nachos with fresh salsa was unreal along with the chicken strips to start.
The wagyu burger was melt in the mouth.
Friends had pizzas also which they could not finish as they were stuffed. Service was excellent very friendly staff.

Had I read the few reviews this restaurant has before going we not have bothered, that is a real shame for the owners as this restaurant is great. Really good look and great atmosphere, the food is top quality, we had a few tapas to start and then a burger and bao buns as main, very big menu with kebabs, steaks, tex mex you name it they have it. Would be perfect for families

If you like steak or burgers this place is absolutely fab. The steak we had were unbelievable. Husband has a wagyu steak and loved it. I had a sirloin with a sauce and new potatoes! So delicious! So good in fact I can’t remember what the kids had as mine was so good. The burgers the kids has were great! The service was with a smile and the music as good and the door through to the other restaurants wasn’t an issue unless you needed the loo. It was a long way from where we were sat.

Please do not go this restaurant. Food served to family at different times. No starter given to us that we ordered! Orders all wrong! Food cold! Worst of all a raw chicken burger! The rudest staff i have ever met when we made a complaint! Had to get the manager! 3 families same complaints as us the evening we were there!

Had I have read the reviews prior I may have walked on , so glad we didn’t, have to say as far as street food goes this was really nice …we all ordered different each and every one was so good …would recommend ,staff very polite and friendly

We visited this restaurant on our first night,we know PDC very well and thought we’d give it a try.
I ordered a fillet steak medium rare however when it came it was rare and chewy (we all know fillets should melt in your mouth),I asked the waiter to take it back and cook it a bit longer to my preference.
He took it away and returned 5 minutes later but it was exactly the same and hadn’t been touched.I’ve never experienced such appalling service in my life,to ignore the paying customer’s request is unforgivable.As with a previous review on here they wouldn’t take the steak off the bill.
Avoid this place.

My girl friend got some pizza and it was nice. The base was crisp and the ingredients tasted fresh. I got the Bolognese and it was horrible. No cheese just a watery sauce, no richness at all, not even olive oil as a dressing. I’ve had better frozen bolognese in the UK.... even during the horse meat scandal.... This was the only meal we didn’t tip at because I left hungry and went somewhere for a second snack.

If there’s one restaurant in puerto del carmen that you have to go to it’s this one, definitely our best meal and we had plenty of good ones. We had fried cheese to share and the fish and chips are the best I have had. The waiter was very helpful when choosing and the service was very good. The menu looks great and we had trouble choosing as it all looks good. Definitely recommend you visit.

Had wagyu burgers & wagyu steak slices. They were all good. I asked for my burger with no bun & got a perfectly deconstructed burger, but no chips either. No problem.
Service was friendly and spanishly slow (relaxed), but we didn't feel rushed which was nice.
We had a great experience here and would recommend.
