If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I’ll give the single star for the view. One staff member for approx 16 tables. The insanely slow service would have been perfectly acceptable given the number of staff, however the waitress was absurdly...calculating and astoundingly rude in choosing to serve every Spanish customer first, regardless of whether they arrived 5 minutes after us or 30 minutes after. We only got served after making a scene and physically stopping the waitress serving someone else. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the other (much nicer and friendlier) restaurants in town. The view you can get from anywhere in the area.More

With the terrace overlooking a massive caldera, and accessed by a tunnel into the cave, well worth visiting. But don't expect sophistication. The food was simple, some fine, some average, but good value. We both had the tapas selection. Cost for two tapas selection, two...glasses of wine, one water, was €26. Not bad for Gran Canaria.More

The view is breathtaking, and it's a very unique place within the rocks. But don't expect anything more. The lady charged us more for every dish because 'the menu cards were not always correct'. In my opinion there is no difference with ordinary theft. The...food was edible, but the worsed we had during our holidays here. We will never visit this place again, but happy to have seen the view.More

We came across La Cilla by chance. The location is just amazing with magnificent views. Very friendly staff and good local food.

This place is beautiful, my friend took us there as we are visiting the island. We looked at the menu and everything looked amazing, but, by the time we were served the food had a very bad aspect. I ordered my meat to be rare...and it was exactly the opposite with no flavour. My friend is now feeling sick, I hope is nothing huge. There is so much stress in the atmosphere that this stress was passed to us, we could hear how the staff were unhappy with everything. There was a pregnant lady which we think was the manager, and coming from her there was nothing but bad vibes. We could notice that there was a lot of tension within the colleagues. The man looking after the fire was also stressed, hence the taste on the meat. We think that the meat was the cheapest meat they found in a cheap supermarket and it wasn't even fresh but frozen. Such a shame, because this place has big potential, with amazing views, but if they don't change the quality and change to a better management, they won't be able to keep the business alive. A big thanks to our waitress from Romania, she was the only one that gave us a smileMore

From the outside this restaurant doesn't look like much. You have to enter a long dark entrance to get to the actual restaurant. Once there you we love the view. This was on our last day here and finally we had some clear sky. We...had a nice lunch and can recommend this place if you are I the neighbourhood.More

The restaurant has a great view to the surrounding canyon. The restaurant is built into the mountain and part of it is an old cave. On the terrace you can sit in small caves and be mesmerized by the view while you enjoy a cold...beer.More

You get there thru a natural tunnel about 60 feet long which was not properly illuminated, and the ground was irregular. Apart from that, you reach the restaurant that is built inside a natural cave. In fact there are several natural caves that are filled...with tables and chairs to accomodate the customers. We chose the local potage, a watercress soup really tasty and consistent. And the second went for the speciality of the town, the fresh rabbit fried in a special sauce based on salmorejo. Really superb. The price was OKMore
