There are few concessions to non-meat eaters here, instead all their heart and should is poured into some of the best steaks you will ever have and certainly at the low prices charged. Everything is on view as you sit down to savour the whole...experience. Even the serving staff warrant a mention as seldom have we seen waiters older than us and (apparently) even more inform than us, yet nothing is missed. NOT to be missed.More

Restaurant that knows what it is doing when cooking meat. You can tell there are years of experience the second you walk in. Service was quick and professional but retaining an old charm. Prices were decent, except for one item. The owner who took our...order was upselling key items to us, including a (basic) house salad, which upon receiving the bill was charged at nearly €10. That was slightly underhand. However overall a very good steak restaurantMore

Still fabulous. We had the black pudding, sausage, and steak. Top, top quality food. Leave some room for pudding, that’s great too.

This restaurant made the best meat I have ever had! Truly impressed! The dessert was also exceptional and to my understanding it was an accidental discovery which makes it even more special. Decent price for the amount of meat and well worth it. Highly recommend...to check this place out if you are in Las Palmas.More

This is, without doubt, the best restaurant on the island. I have lived here for 40 years already and still have not found better.

This was simply satisfying! The ensalada, the delicous cheese and to finish with two amazing pieces of high quality beef grilled to perfection!

Our recent visit was at least our third and maybe fourth (all superb evenings), so time for a second review. Once again, they were turning people away who hadn't booked, and some tables were filled twice during the evening. Of course you could fault the...décor and I'm sure the service falls short if you're looking for fixed smiles or obsequious waiting staff. The emphasis here is on the food! We've always found the quality to be superb, the service adequate, and the welcome understated but certainly not unfriendly. The wine list is perfectly good too. We're still refining our choices and enjoying the research massively. We shared the mixed starters this time (sweetbreads, liver, kidneys, black pudding and chorizo). They were all gorgeous. We appreciated the fact that we could choose to eat them anything from rosy-pink to "cremated". Then we opted for a skewer and a petit entrecôte along with a selection of vegetables. The skewer came with some veg, so we'd over-ordered on that. Both dishes were lovely. We finished with our absolutes favourites for dessert, namely my sorbet with Cava and his dulce de leche.More

Very nice and authentic place. Extremely nice and friendly staff. A lot on the menu, not the cheapest place but the place, service and especially the food is all worth the money spent. Food is of a good quality and prepared perfectly! So much flavor....Remember to reserve a table just to make sure you have a seat.. enjoy!More
