Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Spotted this busy place when walking back from Bellver Castle - too busy at the time so we had a drink next door but were able to book for dinner that evening. Warm enough to sit outside in the beautiful, sheltered little square even in...November. The menu has an excellent selection of dishes but the really clever idea is the option to take a 5 dish or 7 dish tapas selection which comes as miniature versions of the main tapas dishes served separately to each guest. As someone who is always unsure exactly how much to order when ordering tapas this was a great way to do things. Service was excellent from a friendly and enthusiastic group of staff who really know their stuffMore

Found another little gem hidden in the middle of the town of mallorca. Small little restaurant fresh tapas at inexpensive prices. My husband and I split seven tapas for 13.50 euros. And the sangria is to die for... highly recommend for a quick and fresh...bite to eat and 🍷.More

What a lovely find after wondering around looking for somewhere nice to eat! The staff were fantastic, the location was perfect and this was finished off with some lovely tapas and a beer! I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting palma.

Great find. Stopped for drink but stayed on for lunch. Bohemian, rustic proper authentic home cooked tapas. Best we had during 4 day stay, despite the others being ++more expensive. Staff interested and informed.

Rude staff, directed us to a table where the female next to us had her bare feet up in the seat. Absolutely disgusting. Staff clearly didn’t enjoy their job and zero customer service.

We sought shelter from a rain shower and were lucky to find this cafe. What hit us immediately was the friendly smiling staff. There is a long list of food and drink options, from traditional Spanish food to dishes associated with other nationalities. Prices were...very reasonable, certainly below those of the city centre eateries…the cafe is just a short walk from the centre. Tables are quite close together so it’s almost inevitable to engage in conversation with fellow diners, South African and German in our case. The friendly atmosphere, good service and food quality ensured a second visit two days later.More

Ate here on our last day in Palma and it was such a treat! Not sure what stood out more, the ambience, the staff or the food. On the food front we had a tapas selection and the menu of the day. Both were outstanding!...The menu of the day was incredible value: 13 euros for a three course meal and it was amazing. I had the gazpacho for starters and a goats cheese salad for main. Both were so tasty. The staff were amazing - possibly the best I have experienced ever. They tag teamed for each other to ensure we were taken care of all the time and one of the waiters told us that it is the happiest place to work and he will never leave. This positive attitude is created by the owner - the founders son who now runs the place. He was an amazing host and leader. We will definitely be back!More

Amazing atmoshere and location. Vibrant and welcoming and really attentive and quick service. The vegan choices are excellent. Clearly marked on menu with an abundance of choices for tapas and main meals. And a fully vegan breakfast with lots of choices to boot. Even their...sour drinks were vegan, so we enjoyed amaretto sours with pleasure!More
