Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Jonny's is a treasure in the heart of old town Palma. Every dish has its own special flavor and they prepare everything freshly while you wait. Our small party enjoyed the personal service. Our son dines there often and we definitely felt well-treated.

We love Indian food We have been meaning to get to Jonny’s for a while now, after being recommended by a few people.
Have walked by and smelt the tantalizing aromas.
We finally went on Friday evening.
WOW, it was possibly the best Indian food we have ever eaten.
Our delightful waiter was great, good suggestions, very friendly and the food came out with the right heat for us.
We cant wait to go back.
What a great meal.
Thank you

A thoroughly enjoyable evening. There is a good vibe in the restaurant and really authentic food. Having a Thali on the menu is certainly different and if you are in a rush or wanna grab and go then this is ideal. I felt happy there and feel it is somewhere one could go in a group and have a really fun night just picking away at the array of foods in front of you. I recommend this place for genuine Indian food and pleasant staff with a conscientious approach to their guests.

Had booked another restaurant and enroute spied this gem so stopped and went in. Simple yet organic decor and Jonny who greeted us at the door was very welcoming & helpful. The ambience was relaxed & cosy and the food absolutely OUTSTANDING so much so we will definitely be repeat visitors & recommending this place. Simply the best curry I’ve ever had and cooked perfectly to my requirements and taste. If you haven’t been ... go!!!

Truly wonderful, home cooked Indian food. A great menu (we couldn't decide what to have) but everything we had was delicious. I just wish we'd had more room in our stomachs for more as we would have happily kept ordering.
Food was fresh, tasty, plentiful and very reasonably priced.
My friend who I ate with said it was the best Indian he had had outside of India! High praise justly deserved.
We went early (around 7pm) and there was a lovely atmosphere but still plenty of tables.

Loved the food, helpful and friendly staff and great prices. Had mixed Samosas & Pakoras to start, then Chicken Thali and the Lamb Kathi Roll with Dhal Soup and a naan. Great!!

This Indian family run restaurant serve close to what you get in some delicious North Indian food restaurants back home.
Good Points:
Central location yet not among the tourist restaurants.
Delicious preparations.
They can customise the spices as per request.
Most important and noticeable is the humble & humorous behaviour of the owner (senior brother especially).
Not a fancy place but decent (focus in on the food 😊) hence prices are very reasonable.
Bad Point:
You need to visit them to eat good food, haha :)

Finding a very good restaurant in Palma is quite difficult, we bumped into Jonny’s and it was the first perfect evening we had. The food was exquisite, the staff was super friendly and attentive! I highly recommend it. (We didn’t try it, but apparently the rolls are incredible)

We live in Alcúdia but we were visiting Palma. I found a review of this restaurant in the local paper so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Jonny is very welcoming and the food is superb. It's a limited menu but this for me is a positive as they obviously know what they do well. We shared the mixed starter. My wife had the chicken tikka and I had the lamb thali which comes with chapati, lentil curry and rice.
Really good food, superb flavours and great quality. I cook a lot of Indian food so I am quite picky but we will be back for sure.

I was strolling along the street with my partner, when a woft of beautiful spices enveloped us. Across the road was this small and buzzing indian restaurant. We weren't looking for a meal at the time but decided to pop in for a samosa and check it out. The restaurant is very pretty and laid back, real pujabi cafe vibes. We ordered the samosa pakora mix yo share. It was incredible! The crispness of the pakoras, perfectly spiced samosa and the chutneys are some of the best ive ever had. It was so nice we asked for the menus back and decided to have lunch there. We were not dissapointed! I had the lamb madras, my partner the butter chicken and a garlic naan to share. The title of this review is completely true, i was in heaven! Truly the best well spiced meals i have ever had. We were served by the owner Johny who was charming and knowledgable, made us feel really at home. We then had the indian deserts which are to die for! I would urge anyone in the area who likes indian cuisine to come and try this place out! By far the best meal we have had in mallorca, we will be coming back!

The smell from this restaurant made us go in.
We were not disappointed.
We arrived early in the evening on a Tuesday in February and although the restaurant was not full it had a certain charm unlike anything I have come across before.
Very basic but charming.
It was like eating a home cooked meal with an Indian family, wonderfully authentic.

Back again for another delicious curry.
We love this place.
The smell of curry spices grabs you off the street and pulls you in where you are greeted by the owner. Sitting inside this cosy unpretentious place is a treat.
Veg pakoras & popps to kick things off.
Chicken Thalia for me( spicy) and spicy chicken curry and rice for husband.
So good I ate every bit of it.
The food feels authentic and freshly prepared.

More a café than a restaurant but all the better for that. A nice friendly relaxed atmosphere and food just as good as at a more traditional Indian restaurant. A pleasantly scruffy place. One thing: when you request your food spicy in Spain it usually isn't, but be careful here, even if you're a chilli fan maybe ask for 'medium'.
