You can't miss this little bar while you're in Donostia! A great selection of pinxtos and a wonderful atmosphere, especially at the weekend!

This was a favorite stop of ours in Donostia. Txepetxa is known for one thing and one thing only: anchovies. They prepare about 10 different cold pinxtos, everything made to order unlike most places. We tried quite a few but the anchovies with uni toast was the clear winner. My husband says that was his favorite bite of the week!

Excellent display, ranging from Smoked cod to Chicken Croquettes to stuffed peppers to eels. Busy with locals, they're not that friendly here but that was with everyone! After going to many of these bars we noticed that they group foods together, which helps with choosing!

We lucked out and were there for the fresh water sardines. My Cuban girlfriend from Miami said it was the best Torrejas she ever had!

A small bar, it filled up continually. Clearly very popular with a regular clientele. They specialise in Anchovies and seafood. We were served by two very pleasant and friendly gentlemen, who immediately provided us with their English menu and gave helpful suggestions regarding what to order. The anchovies were prepared in many different ways, all good and interesting - one... More

We popped in here for a couple of quick bites. We enjoyed the traditional pintxos fare. There is a decent amount of seating as well.

My wife and I have visited this bar a couple of times this week. We are rapidly becoming addicted to anchovies. Antxoa jardinera is our favourite, delicious fresh flavour and made to order. Will return before we go home.

Made to order Pintxos that alone make the trip to San Sebastián worth it. I might just come back so I can eat here again and again. Perfection!

Famous for its anchovy-only pintxos, this place doesn't disappoint. They do a freshly prepared special that they make to order. Thin strips of fish with a micro-cube mix of onions and peppers on toasted bread. Exceptional.
