One of the reviews I read described la mamma Mia as "warm"...that's the perfect word. Food is solid with great portions. My team ate here a few times during the denosti soccer tournament. Folks working are kind and helpful (English menu). Great for a team dinner.

Service was quick and efficient, Food was average with the pastas needing a bit more seafood or meat sauce. Thin crust pizza's looked very tasty. BE AWARE - Trip Advisor indicated the address was on Paseo Colon, 4 when in reality La Mamma Mia is on San Bartolome, 18. Don't waste your time like we did. Worth a visit if... More

The interior is fabulously quirky with what must be the largest remaining collection of raffia chianti bottles adorning the ceiling and it works! I sincerely hope that they resist the temptation to refurbish, it's downstairs in a cosy cellar and full of great ambience. Food is traditional italian pizza, pasta and meats with a good wine list. Casual, fun and... More

The place closes at 4 pm and then reopens at 8 pm. We went in at around 8:15 and were the only customers. It took a couple of minutes for us to be noticed and seated. However, after being seated we were totally ignored. The hostess/server talked on his phone and then started chatting with another employee. Would not even... More

We ate here 3 nights out of our 7 nights in San Sebastián. Food was great, especially their pasta dishes and staff very friendly and welcoming. Not at all expensive but the food was very good with a lot of choices,

We had a very large group and the staff was very accommodating and nice. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable for food and drinks! I had a ravioli dish in a creamy mushroom sauce and it was so yummy!

Walking around town we felt like a good pizza, looked this one up on a map and decided to go. Place was packed! Luckily they found us a table, had a good pizza and bottle of wine and left satisfied. Somewhat chaotic but would recommend for a quick Italian dish.

We just went to restaurant and the food was disgusting! I ordered fungi & zucchini risotto which tasted like salt not broth & very tasteless. My husband ordered spaghetti marinara although prefer vongele- which staff assisted & advised could order - it came with 6 clams and oh so terrible & bland. Waitress asked if we enjoyed & we said... We three went and all ordered pasta, they were nice with good amount of portion (a bit too much for girls), all in all there's nothing to complain.

Great reasonable priced Italian food in a fun setting - staff were brilliant - food and drink was well worth the price - they have 2 locations - both equally good !
