If you wanted to taste contemporary Basque food, the Bascook is the place to go. Beautifully decorated restaurant has a good menu with very tasty dishes. Veal cheeks were excellent. Worth of a stop.

In Bilbao it's easy to eat well so, being surprised by a restaurant it's not difficult. But my lunch there was, without any doubt, one of the best in town! The place is wonderfully decorated in an old salt deposit, the menu is a printed...More
Had quite high expectations before visiting because of recommendations from friends. Wish the staff would tell more about the food/wine, and give a suggestion of how many dishes you should take for a full meal and if it is sharing friendly. We did three dishes...More

Wow, what a great looking location and the quality of the food matches it. We had an amazing tasting menu with great service and atmosphere. By the way, the bread is also to die for. Excellent for a special occasion.

Delicious, inventive dishes in a beautiful space. Enjoying the lunch menu (2 plates and dessert) and a nice bottle of wine is about as good as it gets. The service is friendly, but professional.
We picked this restaurant because it was a Michelin listed restaurant with excellent reviews. We did not regret for our decision. My wife and I shared two main dishes. They arrived separately plated, which was very nice. Our first choice, the famous Basque food "Huevos...More
