Read tarrant in the near to cathedral. Nice and quiet but with typically regional style. Nice service and great not expensive food. Big plus for free wifi really rarely in Sevilla

A very atmospheric restaurant. It was a damp, rainy afternoon so we sat inside..had a lovely bottle of white wine from Cádiz..then the peppers stuffed with hake for a starter. The waiter was very friendly and the service was prompt. We had the spinach with garbanzos and the pork for main dishes..beautifully prepared. The "poleada" dessert to share and a... More

Writing this as we eat breakfast outside the restaurant. This is our third visit in 5 days and it completes the set as we've previously had a lunch of beer and tapas then dinner on another day. All three meals have been excellent value and decent quality which is a pleasant surprise as this place is right at the side... More

Following the show at the Museum of Flamenco dance, our party of four was looking for a relaxing place for tapas. We ordered two platters of the 9.90 euros assortment of 5 tapas from Las Escobas. Delicious. The assortment of 5 tapas is 'choice of the house', but our very friendly waitress explained the items to us. Very pleased with... More

The service is to the point, which I don't mind. The hygiene us not to my standards but I am picky, if your a tolerant person of grubby surroundings then you would be ok and might see it as adding colour... I do not. The food itself was simple fare and a very limited menu, I had an issue with... More

I fell for the tourist special which was mediocre and a bit deceptive. The sign says 5 tapas and dessert but you get 5 items including dessert. There are better deals with better and cheaper food nearby. However, I will say people around me who were ordering off the menu looked like they were getting nice meals. Service was friendly,... Sat down at table, grumpy waitress took order for coffees, think they ran out of beans and she went to Brazil to replenish, gave up after 25 minutes and went somewhere else that likes people

The restaurant itself is very nice and beautiful. The decoration is classy creating a wonderful ambiance. Service is fast but there are rooms for improvement. The waiting staff did not make effort to explain their dishes and gave us negative vibes as if we are wasting their time. We ordered some tapas and paella which are average and nothing to... More

Description
The oldest Tavern in Spain gets its name from an old esparto grass weaver who delivered wine and hand crafted brooms that once hung from the ceiling. Nowadays, it is a restaurant and terrace next to the Cathedral, where you can savour exquisite tapas and traditional Andalusian dishes. We have breakfast from 09:00am to 12:00pm
