We came here multiple times and I really like this place. Their tapas are tasty to super good at times and they have some main courses that are really delicious. If you get a chance, try the stuffed potatoes! The paella is pretty nice as...More

I had a quick visit at the La Chicote. Searching for a good diner, I started to check the menu. I ordered a glass of wine. Wasn't nice the serving. The waiter was rude and frowning, so I didn't order more.

This was a good restaurant with good service. Nice Paella - not great salads - most of the vegetables in Granada seem to be tinned - could this be down to the drought they have been having this year?More

We are glad that you enjoyed the paella that we make with our best efforts every day for our customers. Maybe the climate of the city sometimes leaves a mark on the fresh vegetables we use in the kitchen. However, we are happy to know...More

OK - so it's on the tourist trail. And it's not that pricey. But how can a restaurant have so little pride in its food? The mixed tapas starter was just about ok, although at 19 euros one wants a little more than just ok....More

Hi, John. Our dishes are prepared every day in a homemade way, that is why sometimes the presentation could have been improved, but we bet for the authenticity of our homemade food. You could have requested some seasoning and we would have facilitated it without...More

With drinks you get a small tapa: moist chips, old bread with a piece of ham and cheese that looked like they had seen better days (taste as well was of old). Gazpacho pretty inedible (piece of random lettuce in the plate like it fell...More

We found this restaurant by coincidence. The terras and interior appealed to us. The welcome & service was warm, the atmosphere friendly & relaxing. The food was above expectation and the waiter had a great sense of humor.

Surprised as some of the negative reviews as found it rather good ordered a glas of house red and glass of cava and whilst parousing the menu a large plate of tapa arrived! However we decided on the mixed tapas platter to share at €19.00...More

The restaurant sits among the many on the busy but lively restaurant row just off the Main Street. La chicota was decently priced and offered generous tapas and a tasty paella! Would recommend if needing a place in the area.

The good thing is you are right in Navas Street, a great area for restaurants in Granada, but this one in particular not that good, service was slow, paella was average, meatballs not so good, they charge the bread even if you order a 25...More
