After a few days of eating tapas and tons of processed meats we decided it was time for a change. We came here and had tagines of chicken and lamb, couscous, hummus, breads, etc. The service was pretty fast and friendly. The quality of the food was very good and it all tasted really nice.

Down town Granada The Sultan welcomes you with great service, food and atmosphere. We were not disappointed. Even came back for the great mint tea.

We walked in off the street after looking at the menu. Good vegetarian selections as well as plenty for meat-eaters. Food was delicious. The night we were there only one waiter was coping with the whole dining room, but he did cope well.

Had a lovely meal here last visit but this time we had menu del dia and found it quite salty and much smaller portions the red wine tasted cheap and unpleasant. Although the pitta bread was delicious... The waiter was friendly and service was good...The décor is very tasteful and you would feel you were in an authentic Arabic restaurant... More

Beautiful decor and old-school Arabic music. This restaurant has the feel of a more upscale dining experience without the upscale price. All our food had a homemade, cooked-from-scratch feel to it. I ordered the lamb tagine with plums and almonds, which was complex and delicious. My husband ordered the lamb tagine with vegetables, and while he liked it fine, it... More

Loved the food and the decoration! Location in the heart of Granada, close to Alhambra and all the shops and the Albacin, thank you!

We order Tajine or Tagine the authentic Arabic beef stew cooked with dried fruit like dates, appricot, plum and spice to give the unique taste served with rice and mint tea. We proud to have this kind of halal food when visit this vacation.

A cosy restaurant with the local specialities like bull's tail. We had the more standard food, but others enjoyed the tail. The tanjin was very good and the service friendly.

Good food (and lovely lemonade), lovely setting, friendly&attentative service. We weren't able to finish all food, but fortunately they provided a container and we finished off the couscous the next day.
