Just returned from a long weekend and stumbled upon this lovely place while wandering around. The food was fantastic some of us shared the mixed paella which we all thought was the best we'd ever had and we've had many between us in the whole of Spain. The seabass was very good and very large fresh baked in salt and... More

Our second visit and we were looking forward to the meal. When the waiter took our order some of us were not quite decided and he pointed to his watch to hurry up. So RUDE maybe he had a bad day. So disappointed.

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends. It was excellent, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. The restaurant overlooks the beach so is an ideal setting. I would recommend booking as it gets quite busy. We went there the previous evening just for a drink and made a dinner reservation for the next evening as... More

Much better under Andy's new ownership. Fantastic location with large car park. Good food on terraces directly on the sea shore.Only one spoiler and that is Bernard, the head waiter/ manager who has an attitude problem, he doesn,t really make you feel welcome (although very smart)

Simply walked in after a walk on beach, recently refurbished, really polite waiter, ordered a small beer for my wife/coffee for myself, sat there undisturbed for also 30 minutes, then a breakfast. Could not fault at all, beach setting, spotless clean, waiter very polite/happy, helpful. Looked at menu, will return for evening meal.

We had been recommended to visit Simbad for a year or so but we had been searching in the wrong direction! The wait though was well worthwhile. We "tested" the venue with a mid-morning coffee break and were made to feel most welcome by the friendly staff. This reinforced the recommendation so we booked dinner for the following evening. On... Came here again and had another lovely meal. Turbot cooked in salt, just delicious. I would recommend it. Sitting on the terrace with the sound of the ocean is really nice.

Was my first visit to this tucked away seafront restaurant. It really is in the most beautiful setting. The only let down in March is it's still on the chilly & windy side. But even from inside the restaurant the view is quite spectacular. And the food is equally spectacular. I shared a mixed paella which was full of enormous... More
