I never second review but for Ray's I'm giving and exception. Last time I rated Ray's 4/5 but I just don't think that gives it justice. You really have to forgive the laid back atmosphere, the modest decor and lengthy wait for four because it really is worth all of that. That home made Caribbean food is simply to die... More

We've got a number of favourite restaurants in Marbella but this one was a new one on us! Rays offers something a little different - some very tasty Caribbean food, all served with a smile and some friendly chat. If you get the chance say hi to the owner - he's got some great stories! They're also in no great... More

So so good! Ray cooks everything with love. Coconut rice, tropical salad, all the stews OMG I'm so glad to read all these raving reviews because I thought Rays is a well kept secret. Of course he benefits from late night port traffic, but for a proper meal at decent prices, good cocktails and wine, and friendly atmosphere you should... More

It's hard not to leave Rays 5 out of 5 as the food is just so amazing but there are so many great restaurants in Marbella I want to try and put it in perspective. The decor is down to earth Jamaican style with pictures of Bob Marley on the walls etc, it's only a small place in the port... More

Thank you for a brilliant night on my birthday celebration. We all had a really great time and the food was excellent. Serving twelve people at once is not easy, you really excelled. Bar service also excellent. We will see you again in the Autumn on our next visit. Thank you

I have frequented rays several times both for takeaway and dine in, the Food is delicious and the choice is great. The Girl serving is very friendly and helpful, on a downside Ray can be very slow to deliver the food from the kitchen, so now I tend to call ahead to order for Collection. This slowness is probably because... More

The food here is amazing! The jerk chicken is perfect. Don't forget to order fried plantains as an appetizer. The drinks are really tasty, especially the mojitos. The prices are what really floored us, especially since they are located at the port area in Marbella. The owner and his wife are the perfect hosts. The atmosphere is super laid back,... More
