This is one of my favourite Spanish food joints here. Great clean food. I love their Monkfish grilled skewer, fried fish and shellfish, great food, generous portions, clean and fast service. There are always people waiting to be seated, so arrive slightly before the Spanish food hour and you won't have to queue. Also they make very good fried baby... More

I liked the old fashioned atmosphere of this place which reminded me when I was a child and visited such places at seaside resorts in Italy ! Fish was good : fresh and tasty. Simple cooking but genuine. We had gambas a la sal and pijotas. Anyway I did not like the match with the local semi-sweet white wine we... More

We were recommended by hotel to visit this family run restaurant. We were looking for good quality fresh fish. We ordered langostines, dorada and brocheta of swordfish. Everything was overcooked and dry! Fish was not 'today's catch' either.Very disappointing with the meal and service.

Simple local tapas, mostly fish and seafood, either grilled or fried. Have the grilled marrajo (a kind of swordfish) or the cuttlefish salad (aliño)! If you want to sit down you'll have to wait for your turn (there's a very handy machine giving out tickets) or you can wait for a space at the bar.

The restaurant was full of locals. A mix of business people, friends and tourists. Most people came for the fish as nearly every table were eating fish of some description.

Just missed the catamaran to Cadiz so had half an hour to kill. Only went in for a drink, but when we saw the locals tucking in to the tapas we could not resist. The chocos aliniado was gorgeous at only 2.20€, and it was big enough to share for a snack. Service friendly and quick - we still caught... More

Lot's of locals, which is usually a good sign. Simple restaurant, attentive staff, fresh seafood, lots of choices, a few good white wines, a lot of movement around and locals telling you what to eat, so an interesting meal!
