We had fabulous food here and just let the waiter choose for us. We ate things we wouldn’t have chosen ourselves and it was all good.

We ate on the rooftop on the hottest evening ever. It was still really great food, table service was faultless. We had a weird exchange with the guy on the door who disputed our booking, it was resolved when we showed him the confirmation and...it didn't detract from a splendid evening.More

We visited for dinner on 24th May and very much enjoyed our meal - the dumplings and steaks were delicious. The waiter was also very attentive and friendly.

In our opinion, food is fabulous. Beer is also tasty. The reason we do not wish to giveorestars is that the prices are a bit too high.

I went there for lunch - I knew about their legendary salmorejo amontillado and I wanted to try it while in Cordoba, it didn't disappoint. I had many salmorejos in my life, some of them extraordinary, but this is another category, it's almost another dish....I would say it's a must try while there. The (exceptionally nice and helpful) waiter recommended me clams - not on the menu but special of the day. I must admit clams were nice but definitely not the highlight of my meal. I asked a recommendation about the wine to pair with my meal and had a fantastic one; again, kudos to the waiter. I also got the dessert (an award winner as well). Goat cheese with custard cream etc etc - incredible. I wouldn't miss this place when in Cordoba and I'll absolutely go back. Service was impeccable, environment pleasant. The waiter also dealt with a (quite unpleasant) having lunch at the same time and complaining about some nonsense on oxtail tapas not being a tapa. Again the waiter was professional and absolutely great. Do not miss the salmorejo when here!More

We wandered into Gurum 2.1 for a couple of Tapas and after trying some of thier amazing creations immediately booked for lunch the next day. Juan Luis is such a good host and his staff are equally hospitable and welcoming which only enhances the experience....For lunch we settled into a tasting menu that was creative ,delicious and fantastic . The paired wines and sherries complimented a fantastic gastronomic experience that Cassie and myself will remember for a long time. Muchos Gracias Garum 2.1 for a Spanish food experience to remember.More

We had dinner here, and the food was absolutely amazing. Definitely not your average tapas bar; this is cutting edge cuisine and the food is extraordinary. We had the Almond mazamorra with Pedro ximenez jelly, and the beetroot salmorajo with goat’s cheese, then the sugar...cane honey aubergine, the oxtail boneless on a cream of potatoes and chips, finishing up with the cream of goat cheese with Spanish heavenly custard. Some of these sound weird, but dive in! The flavours are divine. As a bonus, the staff are friendly and efficient. Yes the prices are higher than you would pay in many tapas bars, but this isn’t just your everyday tapas. Very highly recommended.More
