Called in and booked the evening before. When we got there the next day , no booking and the courtyard tables were full. The waiter reluctantly turned on the light in the side room after about five minutes. We waited and waited for anyone to come, even to just give us a menu but no. Finally my husband went and... RESTAURANT'S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The restaurant is in the Juderia neighborhood, very close to the Sinagoga. It is hidden away but worth asking directions. The menu had so many unusual choices. Our group of five ladies all had something different and we thought every dish was superb. The service was good and the wait staff friendly. More

We saw the name and immediately we're attracted to the middle eastern food. We ordered Hummus and eggplant stuffed with meat. We were told the prices are high because the place is Kosher. There was no certificate it was Kosher, we asked about the owner they said she was only half Jewish, it did not sound believable. Not recommended. Over... More

We stopped by without any prior planning and were treated to a wonderful experience. First, the place had plenty of choices for vegans, and everything that we ordered was excellent. The outdoor courtyard was a perfect venue for a relaxing dinner, and the cello-guitar duo that performed that evening were an extra delight. And, lastly, the service was friendly and... More

On our visit to Córdoba I noticed this small, slightly hidden, restaurant by coincidence. We opened the door to enter a lovely patio, checked the menu and decided to book a table for the evening. The atmosphere was lovely (brilliant live music from 8pm on); service was fautless; and food was delicious. My husband had a braised duck thigh which... More

Ate there three times on recent trip to Córdoba. It's a charming small restaurant in the Jewish quarter, near our hotel. Features Sephardic food. The food was beautiful, adventuresome and delicious. Our last evening meal there were four of us and we could actually have a conversation (not always easy in Andalusia!). And the music (cello and guitar) was beautiful.

Delicious food and great stuff . The location is also nice and very easy to reach. They do not own a wi-fi but we were not very disturbed by this aspect as we really enjoyed every minute there.

I love the ambience at Casa Mazal and our food server was fantastic and helpful with our food selections. We ordered the eggplant pate, which was creamy with a slight ( very, very slight) sweet taste for a starter, then cod and stuffed veal eggplant for the main meal. Each dish was perfectly prepared, the cod was fresh and flavorful,... More
