I cannot give a review of the food as we never got to eat. When addressing the member of staff present to ask if one of the tables was free, the only reply was: no, reserved, in an unfriendly tone. It also seemed that the...hospitality and vocabulary was exhausted at that time as the staff member turned on her heel and swiftly walked away. Seemed completely uninterested in perhaps offering another table. The food might be good, but we never got to experience it, as the staff is definately not.More

One of the best restaurants in the city. Awesome location in the hearth of the city, high quality service, super friendly personal, delicious dishes of classical German cuisine. The waitresses are talking English and you would find menu in three different languages. Very nice atmosphere...in general. Definitely must visit!More

It had been a while since I had visited a German restaurant. For a Saturday it was pretty empty, so we were allowed to pick a nice, big table for the two of us. The order was taken promptly and the drinks came first -...in huge glasses. The dish was a quite big serving of very, very tasty pork with Semmelknödel and Sauerkraut. My buddy had a big serving as well and enjoyed it quite a bit too. Staff was friendly and without a smile, which is quite normal, and they were quick too. Would go there again to get my fill of Baverian food :)More
