After so many days of "typical" German dishes...we choose Japanese! Booked for 5, at 9pm (a bit late...but we were busy at the fair) we ordered some chef's reccomandation + a mix of rools. What to say: WONDERFUL! The taste of the food was amazing, the waitress was super-cute and many other guests were Japanese (meaning of the fact that the... More

AVOID. Unwahed spoon with its price tag still attached. AVOID at all costs. We left after asking to speak to the manager who came up with excuses.

Authentic food in authentic atmosphere, our favourite Japanese restaurant in town, very friendly service - we feel like home every time; reservation on weekends important

Went without reservation and even if it was full at the time, we were able to site in 20 minutes. Sushi and sashimi were excellent as well as the miso soup. The atmosphere is very traditional (even with regular tables), I thinks that makes it special. Not your cheap everyday sushi but it's worth it

We wanted to eat a good Japanese food. I had a soup and a sushi selection by the chef. I loved. I will turn back again.

Probably the best Sushi in Düsseldorf. Ratio of Quality to price is excellent. Always a treat. Going there weekly since over 10 years. Cannot recommend anything but going there.

I'm coming to Kikaku whenever I'm in town, Kikaku never disappoints! The restaurant has fantastic sushi and a very good Japanese menu if you feel like Japanese schnitzel or fish dishes for example. The service is very friendly and fast and the prices are fair. I definitely recommend

I stopped in for dinner late on a Tuesday night. they barely could seat me at the sushi bar. the place had every table full, mostly with Japanese people. this was a good sign to start if the locals thought the food was authentic. i was not disappointed, the sushi rolls were generous and fresh. the beer cold, and the...
