Kintaro is a great restaurant. It has fantastic sushi and great service. Owned by a Japanese & German husband and wife, the food has always been great there even after 10 years. The chef is a Japanese guy, and that's why you get to have authentic Japanese food at this place. The quality of sushi and sashimi is absolutely fantastic.... More

I had a great Sushi Box the other day at this simple restaurant - which I'd more prefer than those 'kitchy' chinese or thai place around. I would def. comeback for dinner!

It was and still is an honour to be a guest in this excellent japanese restaurant. This is because, of course, of the excellent offered food. This also, and this is not usual, because of the excellent offered food for decades!

Went to Kintaro during the IMM exhibition in January 2016 fully aware that there are huge quality differences between eating Japanese Food in Japan or the US and Germany and our expectations weren't too high to begin with. While the Sushi and Sashimi were fine, the service of the owners and the meat items on the menu were not. We... More
