This fantastic cool spot in Cologne, is owned by a South African from Cape Town. He is a lovely man and I got the feeling this restaurant is his 5-year old baby. He is very proud and fond of it. The colours of the decor are exactly what you would expect from the Rainbow Nation. I loved it! The vibe... More

Great place and great staff.I loved the fact that they serve the food on small plates so that you eat from everyone, not a full plate for one person. The drinks are amazing with a lot a colours and spices and they are made from a large variety of fruits. It's a great experience.

My wife and i walked in last night. Only waited five minutes for a table. We're not familiar with South African food, but really enjoyed the tastes and mild spiciness. The food is served as tapas, and you pick how many you want up front. For us, one small (3 choices + a carb) and a medium (one more choice)... More

Really nice atmosphere, nice food with a "Communal Eating" concept to share all the dishes. All the dishes are reasonably priced and they do have some exotic cocktails to try. The service is good, flexible and fast. It really feels like a short trip to south Africa.

South African flair in food and atmosphere. Really hard to get a table last minute. Seating is very close so love your neighbor. Reservations help alot. Tiny dishes to share. Some are really excellent, some are so-so. Known for their drinks and a fun bar area.
