Two very young guys at the place fry the Gyoza like it is a burger. In the place it smells like burnt fat. The Gyoza should be bigger and less crispy. There is a lot of room for improvement.
The Ponzu sauce was just okay. Not much Ponzu taste.
The matcha panna cotta is quite good. The presentation was very unjapanese and not evenly distributed. It is a snack place. With better staff and more care for detail, this could be a much better food experience.
Let me say, that if you do not care and just want crispy dumplings, you will be fine there.

I visited this place before the lockdown and tried all stuffings and they tasted fresh, flavourful and traditional. The house wine, sake and beer selection is great for such a small place. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Just visited Frankfurt and my friend took me here.
The meal that I had is simply amazing, I had 12 pcs prawns with asian salat and as a desert something that is called Matchacotta I guess thats pannacota with matcha tea .The gyoza was full of flavor, the texture was perfect , combination between crispy and cooked is just as it is supposed to be .I could say one of the finest dishes I have tried in a long time.
Cute small place Ideally for couples or friends. They have a small terrace which is Ideal for enjoying sunny day. Can’t wait to come back again. 😍

All Good and very nice, will come back because of a positive experience I never had so good Gyoza even in Japan, they have a traditional one with pork and also one vegan with edamame

That’s a very good place for gyoza and probably in all Germany.I really love gyoza and have been in many places for gyoza and the best is the Gyoza factory in Frankfurt

the Gyozas are very good !!
its fresh and tasty , beautiful place and the service is very nice and kind .
they do take away and its perfect during the lock down to enjoy some great food at home !

I wanted to like this place, but could not. We picked up the gyoza and you could smell the oil like it has not been changed since days. In the car, I also felt sick from the smell. Once we arrived home, I still wanted to give it a chance. The gyoza were not fried enough and the shrimps gyoza tasted like water.

After having gyoza in many other places and not only in Germany I founded the Gyoza from factory in Frankfurt the best and better than in Japan, you can also buy a box with 36 frozen Gyoza and cook it home 😋

Nice concept where you can watch the production of Gyoza and eat them in the “Factory “ delicate and delicious I will recommend the ponzu sauce and don’t miss the sweet Gyoza with apple and pears. Very affordable.👍

Drove there especially because of a TV report.
Totally disappointed.
Condition, well, there is no such thing, the lady at the cash register, pretty, nothing else.
Would have liked to try 4 of each of 4 types, no, it's not always possible to have just 8 per portion.
Glass of wine just under €8 in a Togo kiosk. The wine had probably been open for a few days and that was a lot of money.
So it was a complete disappointment.
Was expecting something different.
But what we ate was delicious.
