No different from any Irish Bar you find in Europe. The Service was good, the Shepard's pie was tasty. They have Irish beer on Tap.

Nice bar, great music. Service was a bit slow. Burger and fries were OK, nothing to tell home about....Nice atmosphere.

This is an Irish pub. The same as any Irish pub in any country I've ever been to. The same beers on tap (with some local brews thrown in), the same decor, the same meals on the menu, the same Irish and British backpackers and ex-pats behind the bar, the same trinkets and odd-bods decorating every wall and nook, the... You can't go far wrong in a place with good wine, fiery nachos and friendly, helpful staff. If you get a chance - stop by.

I was there twice last week and it was just a fun Irish pub. I met people both times and each time we closed the place down. Christos, Oonah, & Paddy were the bartenders and all were exceptionally friendly, hard working, and awesome about the loud partying in my groups. Awesome place...I wish this pub and bartenders were near my... More

Nice warm and cosy pub, great Guinness! Barman called christos was really helpful and gave us some great info about the city! After we had a few nice quiet pints We wanted to go to a more lively area and he put us in the right direction, also ordered us a taxi! Top man! Recommend going here

We had a few drinks in here one evening and ate in here on another evening. I know that's shameful as we were in Germany, but it was close to our hotel and was very reasonable.

To be honest we would rather have had a beer or two in a German pub, (when in Rome and all that...) but there simply weren't any around that were open in the evening. That said, it's a nice place, the (mostly) Irish staff are friendly and helpful, the beer prices are reasonable, and they had the darts on the... More

After spending a month travelling around Germany, there is only so much pork, potato and cheese you can eat, so it was great to have a decent pub meal! Quant little venue with a good selection of European drinks on offer, impressive meals and decent prices.

Fantastic food and the staff went out of their way to help, advise and serve. Friends remarked that it was unlike other 'Irish' bars as there were no plastic leprechauns just a true Irish welcome.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
