It is a very elegant, modern and stylish restaurant in the centre of Berlin. It is a Michelin 2-star restaurant, which definitely deserves it! There is no menu, there are just 2 types of selection, longer course or shorter course. We recommend the longer course,...More

This is a two-star Michelin restaurant so we knew we would have a different experience. And yes, it was! There is a six or nine plate menu (130 – 160 euros per menu), but do not be put off: every dish is small so you...More

It was with great anticipation that we walk-ran down Chauseestrasse to Rutz Restaurant and Wine Bar; my wife likes to find Bib Gourmand Michelin restaurants and our first non-jet-lagged evening in Berlin was to be spent at Rutz. While the upstairs is devoted to Michelin-quality...More

Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given

Description
A michelin star restaurant with Marco Muller one of the best chefs in germany. From first impressions, our unimposing facade offers little of what lies within. From the moment you step inside, the RUTZ Restaurant opens up like an art gallery delivering a puristic rooms-within-rooms concept, Restaurant and Winebar. Elegant and yet simultaneously harmonious. The RUTZ Restaurant is located on the first floor. Here you enjoy a modern laid back atmosphere amongst natural materials and an exclusive ambience of high-end hospitality. Here you will find a perfect combination in every dish of flavor balance and creative inspiration. Our Head Chef Marco Muller is dedicated to delivering naturally sourced ingredients of only the highest standard and variety. His creative and yet well-balanced cuisine focuses on originality, naturality and aromatics. A great wine bar with a huge wine list. Our multi-award winning wine list offers over 850 unique bottlings with a primary focus on Riesling and German wines. On behalf of Michelin Star chef Marco Muller, Head Sommelier, Restaurant Manager and the whole RUTZ Team, we look forward to hosting you soon.
