2 guys. About 3 or 4 dishes. All of the highest quality & cooked to perfection. Great value. OK - the schnitzel - they have a small or a large version. The 'small' is big but depends how ravenous you are. It's a perfectly executed...More

This was one of the best meals I've ever had. I'm usually not impressed with food enough to say "You must eat here" but really YOU MUST EAT HERE! I'm going back before I leave Berlin just to try something else.

Great food and lots of it. Great value. Atmosphere is casual and friendly. Small, neighborhood venue . . . feels like you've been invited into the kitchen. Menu and comments highlight the traditional meat dishes that are served here. But there are definitely great options...More

This tiny little hole-in-the-wall turned out to be the best food we had during our time in Germany/Austria/Slovenia (and it is cheap!). The menu is fairly limited so we ordered the meatballs and schnitzel (one of the chefs did speak english and helped), then took...More

This is a small place with traditional German cuisine, and it is very inexpensive. The food is very good, freshly prepared, and meals are huge. The environment is simple, and it has outside seating. The guys operating it are very friendly.

Really small place, with 2 cookers that serve the meals also. But the food quality is impressive and the dish is massive, i got a really big meatball dish for 8,90 definitely worth it.

I'm totally impressed. This little place have an amazing food! They have just short menu, but really tasty! We ordered schnitzel with cucumber salad and potatos. It was delicious! The plate was big! There is beer and soft drinks. I really recommed this place!

I wanted to find some yummy German food and I decided to try this place out based off of the other reviews. The portions were HUGE and it's very inexpensive but the food was great. I'd like to come back and try something else off...More

Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in
the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip
crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were
once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall,
there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays,
