Good enough to compete with those in Via dei Tribunali. Don Pascale è 'o megl! The pizzaiolos are very professional and hold also the real neapolitan values for doing pizza: concentration, speed, precision, perfection, teamwork. In general you feel like in Naples (the only place in the world were pizza is made)

I ate here many times already and I can't get enough of margherita doppia mozzarella :D. Is the best pizza I had outside Naples. Will come back soon :D.

A real Italian restaurant, not a knock-off, right in the heart of Berlin, and it's the best. Their claim-to-fame is their pizza, but the many other offerings are excellent as well. You'd better make a reservation, because it has a long and loyal following.

Hands down the best real Italian pizza in Berlin. Yea the service can be a lil funny and there is only one kind of wine on the menu but when the pizza is consistently this good who cares.

We were 6 at the table, but we weren't served at the same time. We had only 5 forks and serviettes. as the waiter didn't come back to us we just gave up and share the cutlery. The pizzas were a bit cold but tasty. The coffee was absolutely cold. When we left, no greetings or thanks from the staff.... More

Great, thin crust woodfire pizza is this place's specialty, with beer on tap. Large outdoor eating area; remember that, as in all outdoor restaurant spaces in Berlin, smoking is permitted. Nice atmosphere inside. I would recommend going on a weeknight as it can get quite crowded. Ask for the spicy oil if you want to add some fire. Italian specialties... More

I love this place, I am Italian and when I think about real italian pizza the first place to come to my mind is Masaniello even before pizzeria in Italy! The verace rossa is my favorite but I strongly suggested also tipical other dishes as parmigiana. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is warm and fun.

Thank Francesca Roman... R

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighbourhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
