Although the interior resembles an `80s bar more than a restaurant, it`s not uncomfortable. The menu is extensive for a vegan one and the quality of the food is just plain good even if you`re not vegan. The wine choice is very (very) limited and you can only pay in cash.

Amazing food, so much choice! Lots of salads to choose from, potato salad was a particular favourite. Downside waited ages and ages to order a drink, then the waiter was extremely rude when I asked if it would be long! otherwise all good!

Really good food with a good choice of different dishes. The service was very good the only downside was that it was extremely slow

Good vegetarian, tasty options. Nice location even though a bit shabby but I wouldn't care much as food was good. Personnel is kind. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy.

We had a light dinner and then also a brunch on a quite day (we heard it's very crowded on Sundays). Well, we were not impressed, we had expected a much better experience based on it's reputation. The place is nice, small, lovely. The items on the buffet were not so many, mostly cold varieties, only 2 warm items and... More

Whilst Viasko's menu looks quite good, the end product can be described as palatable and above-average - just. The avocado salad was very good, but the same cannot be said of the rissotto and flammkuchen. Worth a visit for the quirky items on the menu, not so much for the surly and unhelpful staff - there's no need to demand... More

I have taken the all-you-can-eat buffet for about 15 euro. The food included opening meals all the way to desserts. It was tasty and satisfies.

Quite a delicious vegan brunch on a lazy Sunday: plentiful of choices, both cold and hot meals and appetizers; the desserts were a bit disappointing but overall a tasty Sunday brunch in a very cozy place (and nice location in Berlin as well).

A cozy all vegan restaurant. The food was delicious, the cocktails were good, friendly staff and fair prices. Will definitely come back!

With expectations high we were afraid to be disappointed when we arrived for brunch at Viasko. But we were flabbergasted by the high standards and massive buffet with so much to choose from. Lots of salads, warm, cold, desserts and good bread. We will definitely be back for brunch again!

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighbourhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
