The food, the experience, the emlpoyees - toghether they make it a fantastic experience. And the gnocchie with trouffles are to die for... Also it's great for kids as the employees always make sure they get some drawings done while waiting, and they get their meals first. It's just a great place. And I've been there about 30 times I... Best option in Berlin, with a very familiar environment. The staff was very polite and friendly. Moreover, the food was just IMPECCABLE and the prices are accessible. Looking forward to come back!

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday to celebrate my mum's birthday while on a family trip to Berlin. The food was amazing- truffle gnocchi was WILD! The waiters were attentive and made a fuss of my mum even presenting her with a bottle of wine wrapped in foil as a birthday present. The restaurant and food was classic Italian,... More

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighbourhood Profile
Friedrichshain
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
