Took my brother here so he could try some German food. I found it difficult to find something I really wanted to eat on the menu. Settled for a schnitzel which was ok but I've had much better else where. Service was friendly but slow. Would have stayed longer but got fed up with waiting. Didn't like the 10% service... More

It is an authentic biergarden, and the atmosphere is rustic old German, and the meal choices are not just traditional, but food is out of this world good!

This restaurant serves excellent German food and has very reasonable prices. The famous Schweinshaxe is the way it should be and all the side dishes are very tasty. Very good money for money!

As an American visiting Germany, this is the best place to get an amazing meal of authentic, German food. If you aren't a beer drinker, wash it all down with a Fassbrause (soda found mostly in Berlin). The Haxe is incredible. I know we American's don't usually eat the fat on meat, but trust me--you want to eat the fat... More

What a great restaurant! With family I was there for dinner, all we had different meals and all meals was great! Service super, beer very tasty, too! We went there because of a recommendation from friends. It's a Bavarian restaurant and as tourist you should go there. It's much cheaper and better quality than the restaurants in tourist areas. It's... More

We were there three times the last weeks, and had always great food and super service! Always you'll get big portions, so you shouldn't order a starter. I can recommend the "Schweinsbraten", the "Schäuferl" and the "Schweinshaxe" (all pork meat). Also you should try the Paulaner beer "Münchener Dunkl". Maybe you like to order a "Mass Bier", that's one litre.... More

If you are in search of good old hearty German cuisine, this is the place! Quality of the food is excellent and the staff friendly. Rather than fixed prices, the food is weighed but still affordable. Can highly recommend.

Thank Xerys
