Interesting concept - a bit like a McDonalds of Italian food. Cooked sort of fresh as you wait in line! Unfortunately they seem to have forgotten the people side of things. The staff are just interested in getting the food cooked and out that they aren't actually very friendly and it's very impersonal. Food is tasty, cheap and plentiful though!

You come here for the good fresh food and the low prices. Don't expect any service you could even say the staff is a little rude. The concept is that order and collect your own food and then find a table. However if it's busy then your best of the chose a table first and then find a way to... More

Wow,, I've been in Europe now 5 weeks or so in numerous cities ,, for an amazingly cooked Italian meal without too many trimmings this is the place! When you arrive you get a credit card and when you get wine etc or order food it goes on your card, at the station you are at. I'm a fan of... More

Very good italian restaurant organised as a cantine. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. All pasta is homemade. Very tasty.

Didn't get the chance to experience the food because I was too tired of waiting in line to order the food. This is a chain restaurant around the city. You wait in one of many lines to order your food, the person cooks it right there. So, while the first person in line is having their food cooked, you are watching... More

A bit intimidating on entry, the staff didn't really explain it that well especially when it's your 1st visit!! However the starters were really nice (even though we had to queue for 20mins) the serving staff are like miserable robots aren't helpful at all! The main pizzas were nice but could've been cooked for a couple of minutes longer for... More

This was an experience, the food it great-excellent actually we had pasta and a salad, both made to order , the location was perfect and the seating was pleasant, but if you are there for a quick bit, this is not the place for you, if you want to sit and eat with friends, again not the place for you,... Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
