Had to wait in line for around 20 min on a weekday at 11 AM. But worth every minute. Lovely mix of lamb and veggies.

It is never simple to understand why are places with good reviews getting these reviews before one eats there. While we were enjoying the bitter cold of last night for longer then one hour waiting in the line to get a kebab from Mustafa's, we were wondering why are we doing that. Well, the first bite told us all. Never... More

We got here at possibly the worst time; saturday around seven o'clock in the evening. The queue was very long, so we decided to try it out for fifteen minutes to see how fast it was moving. It moved very slow, but we past time talking and laughing about ever having to wait this long for kebab. After 1 1/2... More

I had a Döner. Are you kidding, this was the most taste packed into a single hand-held meal ever. If was so good, so fresh, so powerful! A life changer!

We arrived here at 11:00am on a Friday morning so there was only a couple of people in the queue in front of us. We all had the 3 Euro chicken in a roll with veggies kind of kebab. They all tasted great and we wolfed them down. The only downside is that they're very salty, so we were all... More

Very tasty kebab, the only thing is that you have to be prepared to stay more than one hour on the queue. To my opinion it is worth waiting, cheap and good food. There is a shop in front where you can buy cheap beers to drink while waiting!

It was worth waiting in the one hundred people queue for over one hour! Great grilled vegetables and tasty meat for only 4 euro. If you want to eat something delicious and cheap it will be definitely a good choice!

The most amazing kebab I have ever had! Kebabs are a must eat in Berlin and I highly recommend Mustafa's food-truck. I always imagined a kebab to be with lamb or calf meat but Mustafa's only offer chicken meat and rightly so. They add their own mix of roasted vegetables, fresh salad and sprinkle feta cheese on top. You can... More

No doubt it is one of the best kebabs I have ever tried but the line is long , get ready for 20 min or more. The secret of this kebab can be easy seen, it is fresh and has some upgrades. Been there, done it!

I don't normally eat vegetarian kebabs but this one was exceptional to the very last mouthful. I highly recommend the wait.

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighbourhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
