The goose leg with red cabbage and potato dumplings took ninety minutes to materialize and was a feast of salt. Other than those two issues, it was a lovely evening with numerous glasses of red German wine (Spätburgunder or cuvee).

Exactly what we were looking for... unpretentious German pub food! We had the schnitzel and it was great. Good authentic decor... Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Have been here once before in Winter. Now I am sitting outside the restaurant in warm summer weather. Busy intersection, very interesting to watch people walking by and riding bicycles. The menu is not huge, but what they have is yummy and traditional German/Berlin dishes....More
